This is a fantastic opportunity to join Ringway on a long standing local authority contract in Cambridgeshire. We are looking for candidates who have experience procuring materials or have managed a fast paced Purchase Order process before. The Procurement Administrator will support the division with the day-to-day procurement of goods, equipment and plant for our highway operations team and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be looking to further develop their skills towards becoming a Buyer in the next 2-3 years. 

The successful candidate will have;

o Previous Administration experience
o Raised or managing PO processes
o Basic understanding of procurement would be ideal
o SAP experience - desirable 
o Fantastic communication skills with an excellent eye for detail
o Works well under pressure and on own initiative

You would be responsible for;

o Procuring goods and services from our approved supply chain
o Raising orders, Ensure that the Local Purchasing Agreements are used correctly
o Coordinating regularly ordered items to ensure that spend is aggregated 
o Ensuring compliance and use of processes, procedures and authorisation for all purchases 
o Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports 
o Ensuring that Plant is off hire correctly and systems updated accordingly
o Accurately coding of all purchases in Kheops finance system (SAP)
