The Claims and Cost Coordinator will be responsible for and expected to:• Produce cost plans• Assist the manager with cost analysis and producing cost packs • Contact and liaise with Hub, Operations, Commercial and the Client Green Claims Team• Coordinate internal resources to collate high quality and detailed Cost Packs• Support Green Claims Team with any historic or new claims • Liaise with Central Insurance Department, Operations and Commercial to resolve any Red claims• Contact and liaise with internal departments to collate factual and accurate Annex 10 reports• Support DFC with PBA compliance, analysing and evidencing all PBA transactions in line with Client requirements• Willingly carry out any reasonable task as requested by the Line Manager and/or Senior Management TeamThe Claims and Cost Coordinator will have knowledge or and experience in: • Ms Excel, SAP, Papyrus• Dealing with client’s Financial returns in line with recovery of insurance claims • An analytical mindset • Success rate of claims that are aiming to be recovered • Providing detailed reports over red claims • Strong relationships with Client & internal departments allowing a more efficient service• Conformance to the Annex 10 metric• Conformance to the PBA metric
