The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for:

Processing absences and holiday recording
•
Processing weekly and monthly timesheets
•
Processing new starters and leavers
•
Responding to employee queries
•
Responding to Head Office Payroll queries
•
Expenses checking and processing
•
Occupational Health administration
•
Payroll reporting
The Payroll Clerk will have:
•
Previous payroll experience and knowledge
•
Good understanding of IT systems, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word
•
Able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
•
An excellent communicator both verbally and written
•
We require a person with a hands-on approach to actively support their work colleagues in a courteous manner, with a professional and tidy appearance, ensuring conformance to deadlines agreed.
